Submitting a request does not create a contractor relationship with PrimeSite and does not guarantee that a vendor will accept, quote, schedule, or perform the work.

PrimeSite may review the information submitted, clarify the service category, and help route the opportunity toward a vendor path. The vendor owns pricing, scope, labor, scheduling, safety, compliance, inspections, and execution.

Third-party vendors

Any work that moves forward is between the customer and the applicable vendor unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing vendor proposals, qualifications, insurance, safety requirements, payment terms, and project documents before authorizing work.

No emergency use

The website and contact form are not intended for emergency dispatch. For urgent safety, security, or emergency conditions, contact appropriate emergency personnel, internal safety teams, security teams, or qualified service providers directly.
